Indulge in mouthwatering selections of Spanish dishes, such as Grilled Octopus, Seafood Paella, Grilled flank steak and more. For a truly dining experience conclude your meal with dessert, “Mel i Mato” .

About Chef Lucas Curcio
We welcome to Grand Hyatt Bali a special guest, Chef Lucas Curcio - Executive Chef from Park Hyatt Jakarta, who will be presenting refined Spanish dishes and tapas.
Prior to joining the team at Park Hyatt Jakarta, Chef Lucas spent time working at a Michelin-starred restaurant in United Kingdom as well as 5-star luxury hotels and dining establishments in Spain, Colombia, Uruguay and Argentina.
A graduate from the Instituto Gastronomico del Sur and Universidad Nacional de Quilmes in Argentina, Chef Lucas is a creative and detail-oriented chef with a passion for the culinary arts.
